This type of recruitment includes the full recruitment cycle. Based on your expressed requirements for a specific vacancy, we search and select candidates who meet your professional and personal qualities

Classical selection involves searching for personnel in public Internet resources. According to the parameters specified by you, we compile and place vacancies, review applicants' reviews, and select suitable candidates for you. In case of insufficient number of candidates, we conduct an active search in the entire Internet base and other freely available resources. Candidates are selected, interviewed, checked and are ready to negotiate with you.
